Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Short version: we collect your email so we can send you what you asked for and deliver what you bought. We do not sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the list or buy something.
- Order information, such as which product you bought and when.
- Optional details you choose to give us, such as the type of work you do, or anything you write in a contact form.
- Usage data, such as pages visited and how you move through them (see Cookies and tracking).
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the product you paid for and give you access to updates.
- To send the free material you asked for, and occasional emails about new kits.
- To answer your questions when you contact us.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the business, and only what they need:
- Razorpay, to process payments securely.
- Meta, through the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram (see Cookies and tracking below).
- Google, through Google Tag Manager, which loads the Meta Pixel and any other measurement tags on this site.
- Microsoft, through Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use our pages as session recordings and heatmaps, so we can see where the site is confusing or broken (see Cookies and tracking below).
- Our email and hosting providers, to deliver messages and serve this website.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe, after which it is removed.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can withdraw consent for marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us. We will action requests within a reasonable period.
Cookies and tracking
The site stores two things in your browser: whether you chose the light or dark theme, and, for 7 days, the campaign details in the address you arrived from (such as utm_source or an ad id), so that we can record which ad or link led to your order.
We also use Google Tag Manager, which loads measurement tags, and the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies in your browser. The Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages of this site you visit, when you start a checkout, and when you complete a purchase, including the order value and the kit bought. We use this to measure which of our ads lead to purchases. Meta may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, and processes it under its own privacy policy.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies in your browser and records how you use each page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you visit. We can replay a visit as a session recording, or see many visits combined as heatmaps. Anything you type into a form, such as your name, email address and phone number at checkout, is masked in your browser and not recorded. Microsoft processes this under its own privacy statement. None of these tags is loaded on your download page, because its address gives access to your files.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker; purchases and downloads work without them. If you use Facebook or Instagram, you can see and disconnect this activity in Meta's “Your activity off Meta technologies” settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider. No system is perfect, but we do not hold the data that would be most valuable to an attacker: we never store your payment details.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
